In this first addition of Executive Comments, we thought
we might tell you, our valued customers, about the commitment
goals our company has set for its operations. We see commitment

Over the past 5 years, the advancements in telecommunications technology
has drastically changed the way we live. We can count on a continuation
of this change as we begin to see how several new technologies make
our lives simpler and more efficient. Our commitment to technology
includes continuing our efforts to develop different advanced telecommunications
products. Being able to offer products such as CLASS, Caller ID,
Internet Access, and wireless services puts Cascade Utilities at
the pinnacle of telecommunications companies. A top priority in
our company is to deliver the products that you the consumer want.
Commitment to our Community
With our community on the fringe of a rapidly growing population
base and a continuing shift in the economic base, Estacada and its
surrounding areas are struggling to maintain life as it currently
is. After all, many of the individuals who have elected to live
in the Cascade Utilities serving area are family households who
value the small town feeling that our Company offers.
Our Community development agenda includes assisting small businesses
continue to thrive though the use of telecommunications products
and working with community groups that agree on maintaining the
values of the community first and economic expansion second.
